To create your account you will need to supply:
Your account number
A valid email address
A unique password for your online account
Your birthdate and zip code to confirm your identity

We're sorry you lost your card. Please stop by the front desk at Pure Rewards or casino cashier during your next visit to get a new card. A valid photo I.D. is required.
*Must be 19 years of age or older to join Pure Rewards. Valid photo I.D. is required. Non-transferable. Limit one Rewards Club card per person.
